According to the principle of overall transformation on a voluntary basis,the“one household with one water meter”project will be implemented in old complexes(including residential resettlement areas while excluding commercial residential buildings)in central urban areas.This project has been underway since 2014.By the end of 2016,more than 65,000 households had installed water meters,and 10,000 households are expected to receive the same in 2017.
